BonVoyage! Margaritaville Beach Massages A call from Carnival saying Ed and I were chosen to receive a free cruise, all we had to do was pay taxes, port fees. An offer we couldn't refuse! We booked an 8 day cruise to the Southern Caribbean. OMG, first vacation, just the two of us, in 22 years! We sailed out of Ft Lauderdale on the Freedom on Saturday, May 24, 2014. Our first port of call was Grand Turk on Monday, LaRomana, Dominican Republic on Tuesday, Curacao on Wednesday and Aruba on Thursday with two relaxing days at sea to end our cruise. Since we had a late flight home on Sunday we took a boat ride thru the Everglades searching for alligators.
